February is fast approaching and I’m wondering where January has gone. The only highlight of the month is my daughters birthday. Other than that, I’m never really sorry to see January go, and with the severe cold we’ve had this year, that holds true more than ever. I think a little shopping therapy is in order, and you’re invited!

I’ve been busy organizing and purging - yet again after our move last year - and I’m still finding “stuff” that we don’t need. Over the Christmas holidays I went through our old trunk/coffee table that was loaded with both of our kids school drawings and assignments. Some were from kindergarten, and that’s a lot of years ago now.

I even found a little pair of cowboy rain boots that belonged to our daughter when she was about five. She loved them so much she wore them to bed! It was time to let a lot of it go, and it felt so very great to do just that. The boots stayed - for now.

This shopping adventure takes us to a great store in Ajax called “Solutions” that has every possible thing you could want to get yourself organized. I spent about 15 minutes there several years ago during a conference break, and have wanted to go back ever since. The time has come to get organized!

During the day and while we’re on the bus I’ll be available to share some organizing helps, you’ll get a swag -bag, some handouts, and I’ll try to answer any decor questions you might have. There are tons of stores to visit as well.
