I always enjoy bringing you along on my consults whenever possible. It’s so much fun to share how things look before a project begins, and of course, how it looks when everything is complete.

This client was a referral - often the best ones to get - from one of my favourite existing clients.

The Before Decor Consultation Video

The before video is right below, and was shot this past October. I was asked to help with best solutions for updates that would be budget-friendly and make the house market ready as soon as my client could complete the work.

He is a talented planner and skilled DIYer. He was all in to flip it and move forward. After the walkthrough and consultation, we made a plan for new paint colours, furniture placement and redesign of the kitchen to open things up, add a work island and update the cabinets. Kitchens and bathrooms are always a great place to invest time and money when you’re flipping a house.

The After Video

Several months later, I returned for my final walk through when the project was all but complete. I was so looking forward to seeing what had been done. I knew a few things were changed up from our initial plan on this final reveal visit.

Mr. Client decided to make some very major changes, and “love it” instead of selling. Have a look below.

I’m Back To Work

COVID did bring my work world to a grinding halt, like many of you. These past few weeks, it’s been great to revisit a few projects that were interrupted when the virus shut us all down. I am back to work now, with safe practices in place, which feels absolutely wonderful.
